A. AMBIENT AIR; FUGITIVE EMISSION; SOURCE EMISSION (Stack)
Sampling, Analysis & Monitoring of Ambient Air Quality, Source Emission, Fugitive Emission, and Work Zone Emission are done in the laboratory. Some of the Parameters include: Dust, Sulfur dioxide, Oxides of Nitrogen, Carbon Monoxide, Particle size (PM 10 & 2.5), Fluoride, Hydrocarbons, Benzo Pyrene, Benzene Oil Mist, Ammonia, Acid Mist, Chlorine, Velocity & Flow and Metals like Nickel, Lead, Arsenic, Copper, Manganese, Zinc, etc. in dust.

B. WASTE WATER
Sampling, Analysis & Monitoring of Waste Water is done in the laboratory. Some of the Parameters include: Acidity, Alkalinity, Chloride, Cyanide, Phenol, Oil & Grease, Ammonia, BOD, COD, Calcium, Magnesium, Manganese, Nickel, Arsenic, Aluminum, Antimony, Barium, Bismuth, Boron, Carbon, Copper, Cobalt, Iron, Lead, Mercury, Zinc, Selenium, Sodium, Potassium, Pesticides, and also Bacteriological Parameters. Treatability studies for Effluent Treatment Plant (E.T.P.) are also undertaken here.

C. DRINKING WATER
Drinking Water analysis is done as per requirements of IS:10500(1991 revised).

D. SOIL/SOLID WASTES
Determination of Calorific value of fuel and chemical analysis of Soil, Sludge, Ash and Solid waste materials are undertaken here.

E. NOISE
Ambient Noise (Leq, Lmax, Lmin etc.) studies are done in the laboratory.

F. METEOROLOGY
Studies on Ambient Temperature, Wind Direction, Wind Speed, Relative Humidity, Solar Radiation, Rainfall etc are undertaken in this laboratory.

G. INDOOR AIR QUALITY
Studies on CO2 in (ppm), CO in (ppm), Nox (µg/m3), Oxygen (in %), RSPM in µg/m3 (Measured at Fresh air inlet & outlet of AHU), Relative Humidity (in %), Temperature in (0C), Volatile Organic Compounds (ppm), Total Bacterial Count (cfu/m3), Moulds (cfu/m3) etc .
